Reservation List Agreement

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. So as a courtesy, we offer a refund of your reservation fee less a $50 Admin Fee. If you plan to continue to shop around for other puppies, or place deposits with other breeders in hopes to see who you can obtain a puppy from first, we ask that you do not move forward with us. Like yours, our time is valuable to us. So, we ask kindly that you please only apply and place a reservation if you are committed to a puppy, and specifically a puppy from our program.
  • In order for your $500 reservation list fee to be accepted, please agree to the following terms:
  • 1. I understand and agree that my $500 reservation fee is refundable up to $450 and becomes non-refundable once I choose a puppy. I understand that the fee will be deducted from the final price of the puppy. I am not guaranteed my puppy of choice or gender of choice; however, I understand that I can continue to defer my place in line and add myself to future reservation lists until I get the puppy I want and/or need.

  • 2. I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, as well as number of puppies in each litter, adult sizes, eye colors, genders, and coat colors with each litter. I also understand Misty's Toy Aussies can in no way guarantee when I will be able to bring a home a puppy.

  • 3. I understand that clients choose in the order of the reservation list and clients can choose any of the puppies available to them at their scheduled selection time. If a client is not available during the 30-minute selection timeframe, and doesn't have anyone to stand in for them, then they will forfeit their placement.

  • 4. When clients pay a reservation fee, they are allowed to be on as many of our Puppy Litter reservation lists they choose concurrently and can ONLY choose ONE puppy. If I want two puppies, I understand that two reservation fees are required. Once I select my puppy, I will be removed from the other reservation list(s). I understand that I cannot use the second spot for a friend or a family member.

I understand that I can be on more than one litter list concurrently, but I will need to make a decision regarding which puppy I want once my first opportunity to pick from a litter comes, or choose to remain on the Master List until the time is right. I understand that the separate litter lists will progress at different rates, and I will be ranked by deposit submittal date on all lists.

  • 6. Misty's Toy Aussies reserves the right to hold back any puppies, at any time, for any reason without notice.

  • 7. I am aware that puppies can have certain common ailments upon coming home. While Misty's Toy Aussies routinely deworms and monitors for any potential issues, sometimes the stress of leaving for their furever homes can cause issues to flare up. I understand that it will be my responsibility to treat and care for my new puppy once they leave Misty's Toy Aussies premises.

  • 8. I understand that if my puppy needs to be delivered to my local airport, I will be fully responsible for all costs associated with the Puppy Nanny and that Misty's Toy Aussies does not ship any puppies, under any circumstance, in cargo.

  • 9. I understand that Misty's Toy Aussies is a Pet Home Only breeder, which means NONE of their puppies (NO EXCEPTIONS) come with breeding rights and I will be required to sign a spay/neuter agreement once I choose my puppy.
